After your form has been processed, you will receive an email stating your credentials from helpdesk like shown below.
Your VPN username will be:

Default password: secretTempPassword1231
Step 0: go to reset.scoe.org
Please follow the instructions in the first link below to enroll into SCOE's password self-service program. Please change your password that follows the password requirements listed at the bottom of this email.

Once completed, continue with the second link to install Duo Mobile App on your phone and the GlobalProtect VPN client on your workstation. Make sure you received an enrollment email from Duo Security before proceeding with the second guide.

-Minimum 8 Characters Long
-not include your name
Have at least one of each of the following:
-Uppercase
-Lowercase
-Number
-Special Character
